Apple Cider Vinegar
While I claim no medical expertise whatsoever (I am not a doctor), I will share some evidence of how Apple Cider Vinegar can benefit your body -- both internally and externally.
Apple Cider Vinegar has been used for thousands of years. In fact, Hippocrates, the father of medecine, used AVC back in around 400 B.C. for its health giving qualities. Even today, many use it as a common household remedy. The best type of ACV to buy is unfiltered, unpasturised, organic ACV with "the mother" (little particles you will see at the bottom of the bottle). These particles are a good thing.
